I bought this for my 1-quart whipped cream dispenser. The 1-quart dispenser is pretty tall and it has a small opening at the top. The standard size is a 1-pint dispenser; half the size.This brush is small enough to fit through that top opening and it is long enough to reach way down to clean the bottom and sides. Without the ability to clean the dispenser well it would not promote much use of the dispenser. It would just get used when whipped cream is an absolute must.But with this brush, making it so very easy to clean the most difficult portion of the dispenser (its hard-to-reach insides), it makes the entire whipped cream making process practically effortless.I make so much whipped cream now I would never have imagined. 4-8 tbs of powdered sugar (I powder my own turbinado sugar in a Magic Bullet), 4-8 tbs of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla extract, 1 quart of heavy whipping cream, and voilá! Magnificent, top quality, whipped cream.Then when it is used up, just unscrew the dispenser head and spray tip and soak in soapy water before brushing (special brush comes with the dispenser usually) and rinse that.
